Saturday night was a special treat for the folks who live around Lake Mission Viejo in Mission Viejo, CA. Jackie Greene played a sunset concert on the banks of the lake at the beach club. An intimate outdoor show for the folks who live in the area and a few of their close friends, Jackie played to a relaxed crowd of less than a thousand folks.
The weather was warm, the setting was great and the show was fantastic. Jackie entertained the crowd with a large selection of his own tunes while mixing in covers of “New Speedway Boogie” and “Scarlet Begonias” from the Grateful Dead catalog and a blend of “Tomorrow Never Knows” and “Taxman” from the Beatles.
