While the nation was anxiously awaiting the results of the mid-term elections on November 2nd and California’s Proposition 19 slowly slid into history as the first ever vote to fully legalize marijuana, Barley Legal and Quactus took to the stage at The Marlin Bar in Huntington Beach to celebrate the democratic process with “Rock The Vote.”
