Kyle Hollingsworth of String Cheese Incident
Kyle Hollingsworth of The String Cheese Incident today announces Summer of Brews – a series of exclusive craft beer events he will host throughout the season.

With three consecutive sell-outs of his flagship event, Kyle’s Brew Fest, Hollingsworth returns this summer with this charity beer festival and concert in Berkeley, CA and in Boulder, CO. Up first on Saturday, July 14th at Shattuck Down Low in Berkeley, CA, prior to The String Cheese Incident concert at The Greek Theatre later that evening, the Brew Fest will feature more than 10 breweries and 20 craft beers plus an exclusive performance from Kyle Hollingsworth with members of Hot Buttered Rum. To kick things off, this May Hollingsworth travels to Stone Brewing Company in Southern California to create a one-time-only collaboration beer for Kyle’s Brew Fest BERKELEY.

On Saturday, July 28th at Boulder Beer Company in Boulder, CO, fans will be treated to a set from Kyle Hollingsworth Band and a selection of more than 60 craft beers from 30 breweries. Kyle’s Hoopla Pale Ale and unique collaborations from Hollingsworth and select breweries will also be on hand in Berkeley and Boulder. Tickets for Berkeley and Boulder events go on sale Friday, May 25, at 10AM local time at www.kylehollingsworth.com. Both festivals will benefit Conscious Alliance.

The Summer of Brews continues as Hollingsworth brings his interactive Brewru Experience to Electric Forest Festival in Rothbury, MI, and Horning’s Hideout in North Plains, OR, to provide fans with a look into his life of brewing and to connect them with renowned craft breweries.

Also, during The String Cheese Incident’s summer tour, Hollingsworth will again host Hop On Tour concert events. At select shows, lucky fans that find a Hop On Tour Golden Ticket in posters purchased from Conscious Alliance will have the opportunity to meet Hollingsworth backstage for exclusive beer tasting with select breweries.

About Kyle Hollingsworth
Thirty years ago, with a wealth of desire and incredible ability, Hollingsworth set out on a career in music. Today, as a versatile member of acclaimed jam masters The String Cheese Incident, Hollingsworth is revered by both peers and fans for his ability to write and perform in a mosaic of styles, from rock to classical, ragtime to bebop. Playing in SCI has bestowed on him the kind of fearlessness a composer needs to flirt with such disparate genres.
