The West Coast is getting some love from Dead & Company this Summer as they hit venues from Washington to nearly Mexico from July 22-July 30th. This run will include stops at The Gorge Amphitheater in George, WA, the house that Bill Graham built, Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View and Irvine Meadows Amphitheater in Irvine, CA.
This year marks the last hurrah for Irvine Meadows as it has been sold off and will become condos or houses or something that isn’t a really cool place to see live music. The Grateful Dead called Irvine a regular stop on their tour schedule from 1983-1989. Nice to see them make one last stop there before they tear the place down.
