As Phish from Vermont’s Summer Tour is picking up steam following two nights in Lake Tahoe, NV and three nights at The Gorge in George, WA. Those of us in the South-land look forward to the weekend of July 27th and 28th when Phish will make their annual (somtimes bi-annual but not lately) stop in Southern California when they’ll set up shop at the Forum in Inglewood, CA for two nights.
Preceding the So Cal stops, Phish will take a two night layover in the Bay Area at the Bill Graham Civic Auditorium on July 24 & 25th before pointing the Phish-mobile South on the I-5. Looking at the last 5 nights of music, they’ve come out of the gate heavy with some crowd pleasers and some staple standards. Let’s hope they hold back a few tasty nuggets for the LA crowd. We only get them once a year, bring the heat!
