The Flaming Lips performed the perfect socially-distant concert on Late Show with Stephen Colbet last night when the band and the fans in the audience had their own personal “bubbles”, a often seen prop at Lips shows but usually only around lead singer, Wayne Coyne.
Watch their Late Show appearance, performing their 1999 fan favorite “Race For The Prize,” which appears on their latest release “The Soft Bulletin: Live at Red Rocks featuring The Colorado Symphony Orchestra.”
Check out another recent release from the Flaming Lips, “Flowers of Neptune 6” featuring Coyne in his famous inflatable hamster ball.
