ARISE Music Festival Announces Beats Antique, Break Science
and Visual Artist Android Jones
Loveland, CO: The ARISE Music Festival has revealed the addition of Beats Antique and Break Science to the 2017 lineup along with world-renowned visual artist Android Jones. Featuring 200+ performances and presentations across seven stages, the summer camping festival experience will mark its 5th Year Celebration at the beautiful Sunrise Ranch in Loveland, Colorado this August 4-6.
The lineup additions are just a few exciting announcements to an already diverse music lineup that includes Atmosphere, TIPPER, Ani DiFranco, Rising Appalachia, The Expendables and Brother Ali to name a few. The festival will announce two additional headliners this May.

Designated “worldbeat pioneers” by the Sacramento Bee — Beats Antique is a masterful merge of modern technology, live instrumentation, and seductive live sets. Performing under the canopy of live electronica and world roots their music is built of brass bands and glitch, string quartets and dubstep – an unlikely pairing that is both mesmerizing and unique.
Raised and influenced by the rhythm and culture of New York City, Break Science fuses generations of the city’s rich musical legacy with their deep-rooted connection to hip-hop for a refreshingly original take on electronic music. Once called a “mélange of genres” by VIBE Magazine, the duo has carved out a cult following of fans nationwide and a solid Colorado base.
Best described as a “digital painter,” Android Jones is well known for his many layered, psychedelic works and live performances using a custom built digital setup. He participated in the Grateful Dead Fare Thee Well Tour, and his projected work has been seen on the Sydney Opera House and the Empire State Building. Jones will lead a presentation in the permanent 400 seat air-conditioned dome during the event, along with providing his trademark visuals during select sets at the festival.
