For over a decade, Rex Foundation has gathered at The Fillmore in San Francisco to celebrate the year’s grantees and the Rex community’s efforts to support organizations doing great work across the globe. This year, they go virtual taking The Fillmore to the virtual space for the first time.

The benefit features a 50 Year Tribute to the Grateful Dead album Workingman’s Dead including performances by Bob Weir & Wolf Bros. (Bob Weir, Don Was, Jay Lane, Jeff Chimenti and Greg Leisz), Lucius, Margo Price, Nicole Atkins, Jackie Greene and Dan Lebowitz & The Arrows of Neon (Jay Lane, Reed Mathis, Mookie Siegel and more).
In addition to the regular stream, you can also register for the VIP Lounge for a pre-show hang hosted by Trixie Garcia. She has picked some very special buds to join in the fun and will be answering questions from the audience. Must be 21 to join the VIP Lounge broadcast. VIP ticket $150.
Rex Foundation also announced a kickoff for the event: a live Grateful Dead trivia night, hosted by David Lemieux. The trivia will begin at 8 p.m. ET on Rex Foundation’s Facebook page.
